Heavy snow in Tokyo

A rare snowstorm has hit Tokyo on Monday (last one was 4 years ago)
stopping almost all transport services and causing traffic accidents due to ice burns on the road.
Currently almost all transport is back to normal.
If you are currently visiting Tokyo area please be careful of black ice burns causing slips and accidents.
